Bertie Evers

Viola Evers went to be with her lord and savior on Friday November 18, 2016. She was born on July 31, 1925. Viola devoted her entire life
to loving her personal savior, loving her family, and helping and serving people. She will be missed by all who knew her but her legacy will
forever live on in all of us. Viola was preceded in death by the love of her life C.L. Evers Sr. whom she was married to for 58 years, also
her parents, 6 brothers, and 1 sister. She is survived by four children; son C.L. (Sonny) Evers Jr. and his wife Janice of Cleburne, daughter
Patricia Daugherty and husband Frank of Spur, son Dale Evers of Cleburne, and son Stephen Evers and his wife Lavonne of San Angelo.
7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held at 10 am November 22 at First Baptist Church Roby, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be
5-7 pm Monday 21, at Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home in Rotan. Graveside service will follow in Paducah
