Brant Adrian Baugh

November 30, 1964 — February 15, 2026

Brant Adrian Baugh, born on November 30, 1964, in Lubbock, Texas, passed away on February 15, 2026. He was a dedicated professional whose career spanned over 30 years. Most notably, he served as an integrated pest management agent with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Lubbock, Parmer, and Bailey counties. In addition, he worked with various private companies as an agronomist, seed specialist, and in sales. At the time of his passing, Brant held the position of County Extension Agent for Agriculture and Natural Resources in Lubbock County, where he made significant contributions to the agricultural community.

Brant earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in entomology from Texas Tech University, solidifying his expertise in his field. He was known not only for his professional achievements but also for his character. Brant had a great sense of humor and was well-loved by those around him. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, activities that brought him joy and fulfillment. Cooking for his family and friends was another passion that reflected his warm-hearted nature.

In addition to his professional and personal hobbies, Brant was a compassionate individual who served as a foster parent, providing support and care to those in need. One of his proudest accomplishments was working cattle alongside his father on the family ranch, an experience that shaped his personal and professional life.

Brant leaves behind his beloved wife, Amy Erwin Baugh; his son, Devin Baugh; his parents, David and Jean Baugh; and his sister, Kari Greene, and her husband Jason. The children he considered his own, Gabriel, Gabrina, Trina, Ruben, Joseph, and Angelica; and his cherished pets. He is preceded in death by his brother, Brian Garrett Baugh.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Rotan Methodist Church, located at 209 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546, on February 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM providing an opportunity for friends and family to gather and remember Brant’s impact on their lives.

Brant Adrian Baugh will be remembered for his dedication to his work, his love for his family, and his generous spirit. His legacy will continue to inspire those who knew him.
