Cecelia Rocha, 80, of Rotan, Tx, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 21, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love that will be forever remembered.
Cecelia was the heart and glue of the family. She had a gift for making everyone feel loved, valued, and connected. Whether it be through her daily phone calls, her warm presence at family gatherings, or the way she always put others first, she held her family together with kindness and unwavering devotion. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy, and she poured her love into every moment she shared with them.
A dedicated homemaker, wife, and mother, Cecelia found joy in creating a welcoming home for her family. She loved tending to her grandchildren, visiting antique stores, singing songs from her childhood, and taking peaceful car rides around town to admire the beauty of houses. She especially loved catching up with close friends and loved ones over the phone, always making sure you heard from her at least once every day.
Cecelia is survived by her devoted husband, Antonio Rocha, two daughters, Rosemary (husband Kris), and Carolyn Martinez (husband Aaron), nine precious grandchildren, Kristi Rocha (fiancé Colton), Kristopher Smith (girlfriend Mari), Kiana, Kody Smith (girlfriend Carly), Kayla, Drake, Aracelli, John, and Nathan, and three great-grandchildren, Emily, Weston, and Carter. She is also survived by her sister, Dolores Ortiz (husband Vicente), many extended family members, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her dear parents, Bacilio and Petra Almanza, her brothers Julio, Hipolito, Eugene, and her nephew Hector.
Though Cecelia's presence will be deeply missed, her memories will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
