Doris Bullock

Doris Jean "Jeanie" (Tankersley) Bullock, 75 formally of Refigio, Texas, passed away August 22, 2017, at a nursing center in Sweetwater, Texas. There will be private ceremony at the La Quinta Inn in Sweetwater on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 3:00 pm directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.

Born June 25, 1942 in Rotan, Texas, Jeanie was the daughter of Jack and Leona (Browning) Tankersley. She married Al "Capone" Bullock in Sweetwater.

Jeanie loved to paint anything she could. She was very crafty. Jeanie loved her ladies at Walls. She was a supervisor at Wall Industry, but more importantly she was their friend. She was the best Grandma ever. She told great bedtime stories and loved playing monopoly with the triplets.

She is preceded in death by her son William David Bullock; her husband H.A. Bullock; her parents: three brothers; and one sister.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Katrina and Dennis Bellows; one brother: Mickey Martin; three grandchildren, Shelby, Quentin, and Taylor Bellows.
