Erminiae Almanza

Erminiae G. Almanza.83, of Rotan, Texas, passed from this life on Friday, January 28, 2022 at home.  Rosary will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022, 6:00 P.M.  at the Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel in Rotan.  The Funeral Service will  be Tuesday, February 1, 2022,  10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in Belvieu Cemetery.

Erminiae was born November 9, 1938 in Floresville, Texas, to Margarito and Dolores (Vera) Gomez.

Erminiae was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She loved her family dearly.   Erminiae was a homemaker and loved to sew.  She made the best pickled cucumbers that everyone wanted and loved.  She loved her grandchildren dearly and loved tending to her roses.

Loved ones surviving Erminiae are her children, Otila Alaniz (Eddie); Serapio Almanza; Gustabo Almanza; Dolores Almanza; Diana Argumanz; Eloria Almaza (John).  Also, twelve beautiful grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Andres Almanza, grandson Adam Almanza and several brothers and sisters.
