His passion for life was evident in the little things—especially in his love for going junking, where he found treasure in the most unexpected places and cultivated many fond stories along the way.
He is survived by his loving sister, Sherry Hale, and by his niece and nephew, Greg and D'Linda Benham. Together, they remember him not just for his humor but for the warmth and kindness he shared throughout his life.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jimmy’s life at a graveside service that will take place on November 7, 2025, at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Rotan, Texas, starting at 3:30 PM. This will be a time to reflect on the moments shared and the love that endures.
