Judye Mauldin, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on January 2, 2026, in Abilene, Texas, at the age of 84. Born on October 14, 1941, in Rotan, Texas, Judye touched the lives of many with her loving and compassionate spirit.

She dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. A proud member of the Roby Methodist Church, Judye was actively involved in her community, serving on the Roby School Board, where she made significant contributions to the education of local children.

Judye was well-known for her enthusiastic love of sports, particularly basketball. Her passion extended beyond the court, as she also enjoyed gardening, nurturing plants just as she nurtured her family. In her earlier years, Judye transported her children to numerous AJRA Rodeo events, embodying the essence of an engaged and loving mother.
