Louise Curlee

Louise was a daughter of the late Claude Cullen and Georgia Simmons Harris. Louise graduated from Roby High School. She married Horace LaFayette Curlee on December 24, 1943 in Roby. For more seventeen years Louise was a substitute teacher for Roby ISD . She loved singing and playing piano, cooking and spending time with her family. Louise was a member of the Eastern Star Organization and very active member and church secretary of the First United Methodist Church in Roby. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1996, a son Keith Curlee two brothers, John and Claude Harris and a sister Sue Beth Mayberry.
Louise is survived by two sons, Jimmy and Jerry Curlee both of Roby five grandchildren, Jason, Jeff, and Jeremy Curlee, Shelly Sprayberry, and Nicole Berney three greatgrandchildren her sisterinlaw, Norma Harris and numerous loving nieces and nephews. .
