Marguerite Nettleton

Rotan- Marguerite E. Nettleton, 91, went to be with the Lord on September 23, 2019, in Jayton.  Funeral services will be 2:00 Saturday, September 28, 2019, at Crossroads Baptist Church.  Burial will be in Hobbs Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.  Visitation will 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2019, at Weathersbeee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel.

Born January 16, 1928, in Fisher County, Marguerite was the daughter of the late Archibald and Kathrine (Morrow) Willingham.  She graduated from Hobbs High School and married James A Nettleton at Sylvester on November 16, 1945.

Marguerite enjoyed sewing, and cooking for her family.  She was a member of the Hobbs Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband (James Nettleton) and daughter (Sherry Hess).

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Sandy Nettleton; five grandchildren, Christi Michau, Jennifer Williams, J.P. Martinez, Terrell Hess, and Laura Jackson; ten great-grandchildren; and four great-great-Grandchildren.
