Marilyn Turnbow

Marilyn was born November 5, 1947 to Charles and Merle Lucy in Southbend Indiana. She
married the love of her life Gerald Nelson Turnbow in June 1966 in EI Paso Texas. Marilyn graduated
with her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Graceland College. She was a nurse for 36 years
where she provided love and compassion to those who she had the pleasure to care for. She and Gerald
moved to Rotan Texas in 1976 where they raised their two children and continued their life together
before she passed. Marilyn devoted her life to caring for the lives of others as a nurse, wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother and friend. She was a devote Catholic and attended services and functions regularly at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Rotan where she had many friends. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her. Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, her mother andfatherinlaw, one brotherinlaw, 2 sistersinlaw and her dearest friend Louisa Maldonado.
Marilyn leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years Gerald Turnbow, son Jerry Turnbow and
spouse Jeri Lyn, daughter Donna Turnbow and partner Wendy Garrett, her brother Paul Lucy and sister
Janice Montaine and husband Dennis, her four grandchildren Latricia Winegeart and spouse Daniel,
Roseann Seelke and spouse Jeffrey, Aaron Turnbow and fiance Brittany Carr, and Ashley Turnbow and
boyfriend Dame Williams. She also leaves behind six greatgrandchildren, Michael and Benjamin
Winegeart, Jacob and Jordan Seelke, Aiden Clark, and Delanie Williams, as well as brother and sisterin
laws and nieces and nephews.
