Trey Stevenson, a beloved son, brother, and uncle, passed away on May 1, 2025. Born on February 10, 1994, Trey was a talented and witty individual known for his vast knowledge of random facts. He brought joy to those around him and was especially cherished by his family and friends.
After graduating from Roby High School in 2012, Trey went on to achieve a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where he fostered his passion for the automotive field and built his career as an auto technician. His love for cars, guns, hunting, and motorcycles exemplified his adventurous spirit and zest for life.
Trey was especially proud of his role as "Uncle Trey-Rey" to, Mila, Bodie, Tanzlie, Tayzlee, and Teddi, which he considered his greatest accomplishment. His infectious laughter and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Trey leaves behind his loving parents, Scott and Stacy Stevenson, along with his brothers, Tyler Stevenson and his wife Amanda, and Tanner Stevenson and his wife Tavey; his Palpa, Vernon (Bunny) Terry, and Nana, Sarah Stevenson, his dog, Sammy, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will carry his memory close to their hearts.
Trey's grandmother, Maxine Terry, precedes him in death.
A visitation in honor of Trey's life will be held on May 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home in Rotan, Texas, followed by a graveside service in Roby Cemetery, at 11:00 AM.
Trey will forever be remembered for his vibrant spirit, unwavering love for family, and indomitable zest for life. His legacy will continue to shine brightly through the lives he touched.
