Carmen is preceded in death by her husband, Luther; her daughter Jo Ann Ochoa; her parents, Inocencia and Jesus Salazar; brothers, Francisco, Jose, Jesse, and George Salazar of Abernathy; and one sister, Rosa Quintanilla, of Arizona.
