Josephine Zambrano

Josephine (Josie) Zambrano, 57, of Midland passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019.  A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 22, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Rotan; burial will follow in Belvieu Cemetery.  Visitation and rosary services will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Friday, June 21, 2019 in the Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel.

Josie was born March 15, 1962 in Rotan, Texas to Patrisio and Frances Zambrano. She loved to read, make jewelry and paint. Josie was kind, loving and big hearted. She had a contagious smile and was so thoughtful of others.

Josie was proceeded in death by her paternal grandparents, Antonio and Maria Zambrano; and her maternal grandparents; Jesus and Cecilia Romero

She is survived by her children, Antonia Maria Zambrano, Jonathan Zambrano, and wife Nicolette; longtime friend, Robert Reed; parents, Partrisio and Frances Zambrano; sisters, Margaret Smith and husband, Clarence and Isabell Zambrano; brothers, Joe Lewis Zambrano, Antonio Zambrano, and wife, Martites, Paul Zambrano, David Zambrano, and wife Rudy, and Patrick Zambrano; grandchildren, Knyla, Daivien, Iiayala, and Iviana; and a host of family and friends.
