Maria Castor

Roby-María García Castor, 93, passed away peacefully in her home, Sunday, September 6, 2020. Rosary will be 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rotan.

Born December 14, 1926 in Kenedy, Texas, in Karnes County, Maria was the daughter of the late Calistro and Pabla Garcia. She enjoyed her grandchildren, planting flowers and working in her garden.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband, parents, all her brothers and sisters, one son and two daughters.

She is survived by three sons, Frank, Jessie and Norberto Castor; five daughters, Paula Castor, Cindy Parsons, Janie Borrego, Martha Castro, and Linda Lopez; many grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
